My physical, mental, and emotional balance
I offer this workshop for people who are curious to know how we humans function from a holistic point of view.
Balance, in a holistic approach, means creating harmony in all aspects of life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual too. This balance is cultivated through conscious effort, self-awareness, prioritizing your values and developing your own beliefs.
This workshop, without claiming to be extensive, offers a comprehensive overview of how personal harmony and balance depends on many small details.
During our time together, we will touch on several very interesting and important topics:

– Cognitive distortions
– Being silent and breathing consciously
– Maintaining your balance

Balance will be the common thread.
My approach during this workshop is psychological, spiritual and artistic.
Our understanding of certain things, during exercises and interactions, will be put down on paper and/or verbalized in a circle, because sharing is also an important part of a so-called balanced state.
