Interactive presentations

If you enjoy brainstorming,
If you believe that it is always good to learn,
If you want to continue to progress…
Then I warmly recommend the following topics:
Burnout – is it a spiritual crisis?
Do you sometimes ask yourself questions such as: “What is the meaning of (my) life?”, “Why am I stuck?”, “What is my path?”, “I’m tired, but I don’t understand why?”
We will try to understand the phenomenon of “burnout,” its triggers, the conditions that promote it, and of course offer some ways to overcome and/or avoid it.

Integrative Theory – an introduction to mindfulness for awakening and growth – inspired by Ken Wilber, the Einstein of modern philosophy.
If you are interested in philosophy and psychology, Ken Wilber’s ideas will give you a lot to think about. He brings together Eastern and Western ideas to construct an extraordinary approach called Integrative Theory.

When the body says NO – let’s change the way we look at things and things will change – inspired by Gabor Maté, physician and therapist, pioneer in integrative medicine.
If you are interested in a holistic perspective, this presentation is for you. Let’s consider that the body is a screen. The mind and emotions as two interrelated sources will produce algorithms which can only be seen on the screen which is the body.
If you want to better understand why the body says no from time to time, come and learn more with me.
Date and time:
How can we get rid of our shadow? Is it even possible?
You have probably heard of S. Freud and C.G. Jung, two great minds who devoted much of their time to studying the unconscious. What does the “shadow” mean? Is it possible to face our own shadow? Can shame and guilt be common? Is it possible that humanity also carries a shadow? What are the benefits of exploring our own shadow?
Not an easy theme to unwrap but if we are open, something very interesting and life-changing will unfold.
Date and time:
Communication techniques through practice (assertive, aggressive, and assertive-aggressive).
Did you know that all behavior conveys a message? The same is true of verbal and nonverbal communication. They influence our relationships. People rarely use the same communication style. Are you able to identify your communication style? To what extent does your style of communication influence the message you are delivering?
Date and time:
There are many universal symbols that connect us.
Are you curious about the abstract world? If so, come and learn more about the importance of symbolism and take a journey—without claiming to be extensive—through some universal symbols. (Sun, Moon, colors, animals, numbers, etc.)
Date and time:
When does progress become regression?
If you like diving into deeper layers, and don’t automatically accept everything at face value, come to brainstorm together as a group. If you have a critical mind, you are welcome to join us.
The concept of progress is widely misunderstood. We will explore different areas of progress (mathematical, geopolitical, sociological, philosophical, etc.): their foundations, their limits, etc.
